Vote in poll or shut up
Issued by the Electoral Commission of Papua New Guinea in December 1996, the newsletter entitled “Vote in Poll or Shut Up” attempts to encourage PNG citizens to register to vote and participate in the upcoming 1997 general elections. Guide des Scrutateurs
“Guide des Scrutateurs” is a guide, available in French, created by the National Electoral Commission of Togo which explains to polling agents how to go about their duties when counting votes on Presidential Election Day in January 1993. The Commission seeks to provide clear instructions to workers as to ensure transparency. The document includes a diagram of polling tables, forms to fill out about ballots, and rules and regulations for polling agents to follow.
