Campagne Presidentielle: Evaluation Pre-Electorale, juin 1993
This report summarizes IFES efforts in Gabonese presidential elections, held in December 1993. The report stresses the importance of this election because it was one of the first transitions on the African continent and the report discusses both the role of the Government in Gabon and the political parties running for election. This report concerns IFES efforts at voter registration in the Ivory Coast in 1994 for the national elections scheduled for 1995. The report includes notes from meetings with political parties, civic groups, government administrators, diplomatic corps and NGOs. The report discusses four major concern areas for the 1995 elections: lack of openness among the government, lack of participation in the revision process by opposition parties, the seamless relationship between the leading political party and the Ivoirian government and lastly, the vague laws regulating the electoral system in the Ivory Coast.

Accessible Elections for Persons with Disabilities in Five Southeast Asian Countries
All too often, persons with disabilities are not included in the political lives of their country on an equal basis with others. Accessible Elections for Persons with Disabilities in Five Southeast Asian Countries is the first systematic attempt to gather data on election access from Cambodia, Indonesia, Laos, the Philippines and Vietnam. The report reviews – for persons with disabilities – existing legal frameworks, challenges and barriers in exercising political rights and participation; best practices and innovations; and examples of how disabled persons organizations have been involved in electoral issues.

Democracy and Elections in Côte d’Ivoire: Findings from a March 2012 Post-Election Public Opinion Survey
In March 2012, IFES conducted a study in partnership with WANEP-CI, an Ivoirian organization that facilitates cooperation and information sharing among local organizations. This survey sought to gauge citizen opinions and perceptions of themes related to democracy, elections and institutions.
