Ballot papers and envelope from Parliamentary elections held in Cote d'Ivoire on 29 December 1996. These ballot papers would have been used in the 100th Electoral District in the Prefecture of Korhogo. Ballots are for Ousmane COULIBALY and Coulibaly Mamadou SANGAFOWA.
