“Droits de l’Homme” is a booklet from 1998, available in French, which consists of a comic strip on the Declaration of Human Rights and a brief introduction explaining that December 1998 will be the 50 year anniversary of the U.N. Universal Declaration of Human Rights. The document’s comic strip, published by LINELIT to be distributed in the Democratic Republic of Congo, outlines each article of the declaration with an illustration of that point, for example a family that comes to the conclusion that all humans are born equal in dignity and rights.

Electoral Board Procedure Manual
The “Electoral Board Procedure Manual” is a 2003 publication of the Republic of Macedonia’s State Election Commission. The document dissects the role of the election board, as well as the procedures, including the physical assistance of voters, that will take place on the pre election and election days. The manual was published in May of 2004, almost a year before the Macedonian presidential elections that were held on April 14 and 24 of 2004.
