“Zaire Vote: Dix Recommendations” is a booklet from 1996, available in a French and Kituba, which gives 10 recommendations on the subject of voting in the Democratic Republic of Congo followed by a brief explanation on why this is important in order to ensure free and fair elections. The document, published by LINELIT (National League of Free and Fair Elections), touches on the topics of the secrecy of the vote, bribing and the objectives of political parties.

“Elections” is an informative booklet, available in Spanish, issued in 1999 by the Electoral Tribunal of Panama in lead up to the May 2, 1999 Panamanian General Elections. The booklet contains some information and statistics on previous elections, contains the maps and number of voters in the different districts of Panama, and a message from the President of the Electoral Tribunal describing the role of the Tribunal in the past and upcoming elections. Additionally, the booklet lists the name of the political parties participating in the elections and samples of the electoral ballots.

The statement describes the responsibilities of the Electoral Tribunal since 1990 and the changes it underwent since then.
