Vanuatu will hold elections on March 19. Citizens will elect 52 members of Parliament (MPs) from 18 constituencies. The Parliament will then appoint a prime minister from among its members, and the prime minister will appoint a Council of Ministers from among the MPs. Voters’ concerns include the economy and the Pacific Islands Forum, which will be hosted by Vanuatu in August.
