The 1990 Bulgarian Elections: A Pre-Election Assessment, May 1990
This report summarizes the findings of an IFES pre-election assessment team in Bulgaria from April, 1990. The document reports on meetings with the Central Election Commission, leaders and representatives of political parties and leading citizens groups.
