The 1990 Bulgarian Elections: A Pre-Election Assessment, May 1990
This report summarizes the findings of an IFES pre-election assessment team in Bulgaria from April, 1990. Chad Pre-Election Assessment Report: Multi-Donor Support Program for the Electoral Process
