The 1990 Bulgarian Elections: A Pre-Election Assessment, May 1990
This report summarizes the findings of an IFES pre-election assessment team in Bulgaria from April, 1990. Armenia: Technical Assistance, November 10, 1996 Municipal Elections
This technical assistance report covers both the presidential and municipal elections that occurred in Armenia in the Fall of 1996.
