The London Youth Advisory Council (LYAC) of Ontario, Canada is comprised of young people who are elected to their positions by the general public. Each councilor represents a ward, or region, of the city of London, Ontario. “Are You on the List?” is a compilation of several flyers, published by Elections Canada, with the objective of encouraging Canadian citizens to register their names to the voter list in order to be eligible to vote in the Federal Elections on November 27th 2000.
