Elections in Serbia: 2016 Early Parliamentary Elections
Serbia was scheduled to hold parliamentary elections in March 2018. However, on January 17 Prime Minister Aleksandar Vučić called for snap parliamentary elections on April 24 in preparation for negotiations on Serbia’s accession to the European Union (EU). Local elections will also be held in 17 municipalities in Belgrade, and Vojvodina will elect a new Assembly.

On May 7, 2014, the Zimbabwe Electoral Commission (ZEC) and the International Foundation for Electoral Systems (IFES) signed a Memorandum of Understanding. Paving the Way for Inclusive Elections in Zimbabwe
In 2009, Zimbabwe formed a Government of National Unity to overcome a political impasse. One of this government’s main tasks is to draft a new constitution for the country that will determine, among other things, the country’s electoral framework. Elections in Serbia: May 6 Presidential, Parliamentary, Provincial and Local Elections
On May 6, Serbian citizens will cast their vote for the next president. Due to President Tadić’s voluntary resignation on April 5, 10 months ahead of the expiration of his term, the presidential election will now take place on the same day as scheduled parliamentary, provincial and local elections.
