“No Voting=No Speaking” is a voter pamphlet, available in Romanian, issued in 1996 by the Pro Democracy Association in lead up to the 1996 Parliamentary and Presidential Elections in Romania. The pamphlet is intended to stimulate people to express their right to vote. The pamphlet depicts a person having his mouth zipped up, thus the title of the pamphlet.

IFES Pre-election Technical Assessment Project, Romania, September 8-28, 1995
In March, 1992, IFES sent a two-person team to undertake a comprehensive assessment of the election process in Romania and the ability and willingness of the Government to conduct parliamentary elections, which would be deemed to be free, fair and open by established international standards. “Infoproject” is an informative bulletin issued in 1995 by CENTRAS and the Agency for Press Monitoring, available in Romanian, and meant to serve as a source of information about the nature of the projects implemented by the Non-Governmental Organizations. The bulletin serves the purpose of strengthening the practices of monitoring the right to information and to create a contact ground among all the NGO’s that are functioning in Romania. The bulletin includes the personal statements of various people working in different NGOs about their role in the public society, and continues with describing certain NGOs and the type of projects being worked on by them.

“How to Vote at 1994 Local Government Elections” provides illustrated boxes containing step-by-step instructions as to how to vote in the 1994 Guyana local elections. Also provided are the powers of the soon-to-be elected local Council in order to educate Guyanese voters as to what they are voting on and the abilities of their local government. This article also repeatedly encourages the Guyanese people to participate in voting.
