This project report describes the first-ever experience in Nicaragua in support of voting for persons with a disability. El Manual compila de manera accesible y fácil todas las leyes, reglamentos, y otra clase de información que los registradores civiles y sus asistentes necesitan para administrar eficazmente sus registros.IFES assisted the Supreme Electoral Council of Nicaragua in developing a new official manual for civil registrars, Manual del Registrador del Estado Civil de las Personas. This manual can help civil registrars better understand all the laws, regulations, and other information that they need to effectively administer their registries.
