Issued by the Electoral Commission of Papua New Guinea in December 1996, the newsletter entitled “Vote in Poll or Shut Up” attempts to encourage PNG citizens to register to vote and participate in the upcoming 1997 general elections. A Worthy Fight: Helping Increase Gender Equality in Papua New Guinea
