On Tuesday, November 3, American voters will elect the president, vice president, all 435 members of the House of Representatives, 35 members of the Senate and many state and local representatives. This year will also mark the country’s first general elections to take place during a pandemic since 1918 and these elections have the potential to shift the balance of power across the executive, legislative and judicial branches.
