Guyana Elections Commission Vote '97 Enhancing the Electoral System
Prior to the December 15th, 1997 Guyana elections for President and members of the National Assembly, the Guyana Elections Commission published this pamphlet detailing voting instructions, registration information, and candidate information for Guyana’s citizens.
