She Leads Program: Q&A with Katie Ryan
She Leads, a flagship program of IFES, works to empower women with the skills and knowledge to participate and take on leadership roles in political and electoral processes through a series of beginner, intermediate and advanced trainings. IFES and the Center for Disability Research, Education and Practice at the University of Colombo implemented IFES’ signature Engaging a New Generation for Accessible Governance and Elections (ENGAGE) political leadership course for 18 young Sri Lankans with disabilities from the university.
