The International Foundation for Electoral Systems and the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) of Kenya have signed a Memorandum of Understanding to strengthen IEBC’s monitoring of hate speech related to Kenya’s upcoming General Election.

Manatt Fellow Presents on Election Dispute Resolution in Africa
In September 2019, IFES Manatt Fellow Tinashe Hofisi presented on presidential election petitions in Kenya, Sierra Leone, Uganda, Zambia and Zimbabwe at the 14th Annual Symposium of the Electoral Institute for Sustainable Democracy in Africa. Regional Director on “Political Campaign Finance: Safeguarding Electoral Integrity in Africa"

A Reflection on Youth Civic Education in Kenya
